We have a simple pricing for shipping, based on overall weight of the order.

*Orders placed before 12 PM will be despatched on the same day otherwise it will be despatched only on the next day.

Order value above £79 are eligible for free shipping. Free shipped orders usually be shipped  using next day delivery shipping method.

Our prices are reasonable compared to our competitors, this means we don’t indirectly hike prices for shipping.

As per our return policy, as soon as the product is returned to our warehouse we will do a quality check (maximum 1 day) on the product. Once it passed the quality check, refund will be processed immediately and you will be notified.

We understand that in a rare case the product might not fulfil your satisfaction, and we are happy to return the item. You need to return the item within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately no, return shipping label need to get purchased by the customer and shipped by the customer. Since our costs are kept low we don’t include any hidden cost for each product.
